If I want to order multiple FLASH! products, do I get a discount? 

Yes, we love multiple orders and offer:

10% discount on 10 units

15% discount on 20 units

20% discount on 30 units

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Depending where you are, it can be anywhere from one day to fifteen days based on location. When it is shipped out, you get an email notice with tracking if outside of The Netherlands. 

 

Can I return the product(s) if I am not satisfied? 

Yes. There is a return label included in the shipment and you can send an email to barbara@successfulspeakernow.com to tell us why you want to return it and that you will be sending it. You must return it in the same condition as you received it in order to receive a refund. Once we receive the package back, and we are satisfied with the condition, we will initiate refund soon after.
